Meet the owner and founder of Paw Beach...

Rachel “Sam” Erbaugh has been a PBC resident and has been working with animals for years. Many moons ago she was to live in Paris for good after she fell in love with the city during time abroad with the University of Miami. Not every plan in life works out, but continued her education at Drexel University in her nearest city, Philadelphia. (Go Eagles!)
Soon after, she found her true passion in pet care, and left the corporate world (licensed Interior Designer) without looking back. Sam, who never had children, feels all pets are her babies and loves every single pet client she gets the chance to care for.
Although always smiling and laughing along wth a very positive outlook on life, Sam takes her job very seriously. Taught by her grandmother, who founded a local Humane Society in NJ, each animal is different and all have a variety of needs. Sam’s grandmother also received the “Humanitarian of the Year” award in 1969. Everyone has told Sam, that she is a younger version of her beloved grandmother (big feet and all!) She finds utter happiness in the animals and how they all impact her life daily. In any off time Rachel/Sam has, you will find her in a gym or by the beach! “Sam” is a childhood nickname that was kept, yet she also answers to Rachel. Her own dog, Drake, is her biggest fan.
Serving on the Board of “Friends of Jupiter Beach”, Sam is able to devote even more time, contribute and fundraise money into this local organization which means a lot to her and the dogs.
